In an Instagram post, Ashish, who gained fame via his YouTube channel revealed that it was Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan who inspired him to lose weight. Let us learn more about his journey and fitness routine.

Taking to Instagram, Ashish wrote that it was in 2017 when he got the opportunity to meet Shah Rukh Khan. He revealed that SRK’s advice to go to the gym got him inspired. He wrote on Instagram, “The moment i approached him , SRK sir held my belly and told me : “Ashish tum yaar please wazan kam karo, bahut ache lagoge main guarantee deta hu, jao yaar aaj hi gym jao,bas isse andar karo. Cute toh tum ho ab time aa gaya hai fit ho jao, zindagi nai badli toh main advice dena band kar dunga” Will never forget his words, the way he gave me an advice without fat-shaming me is the reason why i fell in love with this man. He truly does make you feel special. Hopefully someday i’ll actually take his advice seriously.”

Ashish Chanchlani’s fitness routine

Ashish Chanchlani is dedicated and commited towards his fitness routine. He follows an intense workout routine of 4 hours a day. It combines ardio and strength training. The Youtuber made sure to never miss leg day, practiced boxing and battled ropes. His favourite cardio workouts include cycling and running.
